1. Create-Read Psalm 25:1-10 aloud and create a drawing or art piece from what you hear.
2. Bowing-Read Matthew 1:18-25 while listening carefully. Every time the name “Jesus” is mentioned kneel and say “Jesus is Lord.” What does it mean that ‘at the name of Jesus every knee should bow’? What does it mean that every tongue should confession that Jeus is Lord? What does the reverence of all creation indicate?
3. Reframe-Read the parable of the two sons (Matthew 21:28-32) on your own, then using a household chore, reframe it into an example familiar to your family. Explain how one person said they wouldn’t do it but eventually did and the other said they would complete the chore but didn’t. Talk about what it means to be obedient and why that’s important.
