1. Unattainable Goal- Mark off various distances and have a contest to see who can throw the baseball (or other type of ball) the farthest. Then challenge everyone to throw it to the next state. It is completely impossible. Read Romans 3:23. We don’t just fall short of the baseball in the next state goal, we also fall short of the attaining the glory of God goal. But God sent Jesus to attain the goal for us.
2. Bound by Sin-Talk about sin that binds us up in our lives. Together list things that entangle us and keep us bound up as you wrap toilet paper (or crepe paper streamers) around each person. Try to move. Then read John 8:36 and “break free” from the bondage of sin.
