Chorus
Third Sunday of Easter: Second Reading, Revelation 5:8-14
Revelation 5:8-14
A text of rejoicing. It’s proper. We’re in a season for rejoicing after all. Not too much comment but to say this: upon your reading and pondering of the text above, do realize that you and I are a part of the chorus. And we are singing and exalting the Lamb, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world (John 1:29).
As a classically trained musician and one who loves a broad swath of music from the world, I long to hear what heavenly music sounds like. How marvelous to know that we shall have a voice in it. God be praised!
Blessed Easter!
